NSA infected 50,000 computer networks with data stealing malware

The United States intelligence agency(NSA) has infected over 50,000 computer networks world wide with a malware that is capable of stealing sensitive information from the victim's machine.


The malware is being referred as "digital Sleeper cell" , it's being controlled by the NSA and that they will remotely flip it on or off. The number of infected networks in 2008 is reportedly over 20,000. By middle of the 2012, the quantity of infected network is magnified to 50k.
