iOS 7 Vulnerability Allows to Make Calls From Locked iPhone

In a Video, a Palestinian security researcher[Karam Daoud] showed that calls are often made from a locked iPhone running iOS 7 by using a vulnerability within the device’s emergency calling function.

The person must dial a number and then rapidly tap the call button till an empty screen with Apple brand appears and makes the call to the number you dialled.
